Acceptable Use
Use our courses and site for lawful, personal, or organizational learning only. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell unauthorized content.
- You will not upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or perform load tests without written permission.
- Account sharing is prohibited; each seat or license is per individual unless otherwise stated.
- You agree to comply with applicable export controls and sanctions.
Billing & Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of a course. For cohorts, refunds are available until 48 hours after the first live session.
- Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution.
- Taxes and fees are calculated based on your billing address and applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OratoryLab is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted availability; scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or where otherwise not permitted by law.
